Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Discount codes apply until the stated expirory date. One code only to be used per order.

Return / Refund Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days (statutory 'Cooling off Period') of your receipt of the goods. We ask that the goods be returned unused and in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging with 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense.

We ask that you return goods within 7 days to arrive at the offices of British Dog within 14 days of receipt by the customer.

Any contract cancelled outside of the 7 day statutory cooling off period, but within 6 weeks of receipt will be subject to a hire fee of one third of the original purchase price (see Buy/Hire option).

Any unauthorised return of a non faulty item that are received by British Dog outside of the 10 week trial hire period, whether used or unused, will be issued with a British Dog credit equal to the two thirds hire refund for that product.

All of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed. All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item the warranty will be considered invalid. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Free postage discount is valid for Mainland UK delivery only.

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

• Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

British Dog.net, Inner Wolf Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

Price Match Promise

The price match is valid for prices listed on UK websites for equipment with UK specifications. The price match will be the total cost including postage cost charged for an equivalent order from the relevant website.
