The original Trial Hire - up to 10 Weeks No Quibble Tiered Trial Hire Period

Our fantastic Hire Trial service allows the customer the freedom of buying a brand new product, to use and trial for up to 10 WEEKS! and then return it to us.

• All Remote Trainers, Fence Systems and Anti Bark purchased are automatically allowed the trial hire period.
• No prior arrangement required
• Use and train your dog for up to 10 weeks
• FREE for the first 10 days*
• If you decide to keep it it's yours

It really is as straight forward as it sounds!!

Every Remote Trainer, Anti Bark or Radio Fence purchased from British Dog is automatically allowed up to a 10 week period, from receiving the equipment, to use and assess it's effectiveness. You are not entering into a hire agreement and are not required to arrange this prior the purchase, you get it anyway. This allows the customer peace of mind to use the equipment with out loosing the full cost on the kit if it proves very effective or unsuitable.

Amount Refunded at;

FREE for the first 10 days. 100% refund.*

6 Weeks - 70% of the original purchase price,

8 Weeks - 60% of the original purchase price,

10 Weeks - 50% of the origianl purchase price.

If at the end of the 10 week period you decide that it is just the tool for the job you've paid for it, it's yours, there is no need to contact us.

If you decide at the end of the 10 weeks that the dog is either retrained or the deterrent level is not effective enough for your dog you can contact us, return the kit for refund or credit*

You are credited the amount and can use this against the purchase another trainer, or anything else from our website, or simply take the money.

Example. A customer buys an DT Systems Micro iDT PLUS for, £149.95, for her dog because she wants to stop the dog sheep chasing when in open moorland. After 8 weeks she finds the dog is now responsive when not wearing the collar and no longer interested in the sheep and has no further use for the kit. After contacting us the kit is returned and the customer is issued a refund of £89.97. The amount paid over the 8 weeks equates to just £7.49 hire per week.

* This does not include the cost of the wire on Radio Dog Fence systems.
